We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Social Media Manager who loves turning ideas into scroll-stopping social moments.

At Black Feather Digital, you’ll help real businesses grow their presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn – not through trends alone, but with real strategy, authentic content, and meaningful results.

 

No agency experience? That’s okay. If you live and breathe social media, have a good sense of structure, and want to grow into this role – we’d love to hear from you.

 

🔹 What you’ll do:

• Plan and manage social media strategies for clients in craft, tech & service industries

• Schedule and publish posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn (using tools like Meta Suite)

• Collaborate closely with our Content Creator to make sure content supports brand goals

• Track performance, analyze insights & optimize future posts accordingly

• Engage with followers and help grow authentic, active communities

• Stay up-to-date with platform changes, features & algorithm updates

 

🔹 What we’re looking for:

• Passion for social media – and a feel for what works

• Experience in managing accounts (freelance, personal brand or side projects count!)

• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Canva, and scheduling tools

• Clear communicator, structured thinker & creative collaborator

• Self-organized, reliable, and comfortable working 100% remotely

• A mindset that’s open, curious, and proactive
