At Black Feather Digital, our Direct Sales team plays a key role in helping businesses understand the power of social media. You’ll reach out to small and medium-sized companies – especially those in technical and craft-based industries – and offer them digital solutions that truly make a difference.

 

No sales experience? No problem. If you’re confident, motivated, and ready to learn, we’ll give you the tools and support to succeed in direct sales.

 

🔹 What you’ll do:

• Reach out to potential customers (by phone and email) and present our services

• Identify businesses that could benefit from improved social media presence

• Build authentic, long-term relationships with clients

• Understand their needs and explain how our services create value

• Collaborate with our team to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery

• Share feedback from the field to improve our approach

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, confident approach

• Motivation to grow in the sales field – even without prior experience

• A natural ability to connect with people and explain things clearly

• Organizational talent and independent working style

• Comfortable with remote collaboration and flexible work schedules

• Interest in marketing, social media, or digital solutions is a plus
